Full Circle Athlete

Developing Athletes, Coaches, and Parents

A youth sports development initiative built on the belief that youth athletics should be a place kids are poured into, not torn down. We equip the three people who shape every athlete's experience — the coach, the parent, and the athlete — so the circle is complete.Our three pillars:

  • The Mentor Method — character-first training and tools for coaches

  • Leadership Labs — weekly character huddles and take-home challenges for athletes

  • The Sideline Standard — parent orientation and engagement that supports, not pressures

Meet the Founders

Jason and Des Lewis are the husband-and-wife team behind Alohana Group.Jason is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of leading teams, building systems, and guiding organizations through change. His background in operations, strategy, and human-centered leadership is the structural backbone behind everything Alohana Group develops.Des leads operations, curriculum, and community engagement across the portfolio. A former homeschool parent of six years and a sports mom raising young athletes, she brings firsthand parenting insight and a builder's discipline to the work — turning vision into something families and teams can actually use.Together, they're building Alohana Group as a legacy of connection, purpose, and impact — for their family, and for the leaders and families they serve.Thank you for being part of the journey.
